Creating your company's career page is very important for the strength of your employer brand. In this section, you will easily create the Logo and Style step by step for your Career Page.
Favicon
A favicon is a small icon that appears in the browser tab of your web page. For example, please see the small icon next to the text "Hiroo | Recruiting Software" below.
Your favicon can be the same as your company's logo or it can be a small icon. When you upload this small icon to this section, your career page will appear as organized as your company's website.
Your favicon file can be in jpeg, jpg, or png format.
The maximum allowed file size is 5 Megabytes.
You can use a solid icon or a PNG format image with a transparent background.
Logo
The company logo you use in this section will appear in the top left corner of the main page of your career page. Using a light-colored logo over a dark cover photo will make your logo more visible. Upload a PNG version of your company logo at least 200 pixels.
Job Application Page Logo
The page where candidates apply is designed with a light color scheme. Choosing your company logo in its original colors for this section is recommended.
You can upload a PNG version of your company logo at least 200 pixels high.
Considering the light-colored background, we recommend using a logo with vibrant colors for an impressive visual effect.
Button Color
You can choose the color of the 'Apply' button on your Career Page. You can enter your custom color code in RGB, HSL, or HEX code format by clicking once on the color box. You can get these color codes from your design teams. Clicking once on the text RGB will allow you to switch between different color formats.
Social Media Icon Color
You can choose the color of the social media icons and the company website text on your Career Page. If you choose a dark cover photo, it is recommended to choose light colors for social media icons. You can choose white color (RGB 250, 250, 250) or ask for your custom color code from your design team in this section.
Cover Image
You can add a team photo from your company or a photo of your office as the cover image.
The dimensions of the photo you use should ideally be 1200x400 pixels, with a maximum size of 10 MB.
Choosing a dark-colored photo or adding a dark filter over a light-colored photo will help highlight your logo, motto on the photo, and social media icons.
Useful Information:
Do not forget to save by pressing the "Save" button after all your changes and image uploads.
It is always recommended to use high-resolution images.
Remember that the maximum file size for each file is 5 MB.
Once you have completed all these logo and style settings, you can instantly see the changes on your published Career Page by clicking the "Career Page" link in the upper right corner.
